These terms govern your use of the iDSLab website, operated by Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. The site is in a pre-launch phase. These terms will be finalised before public launch and before any product, account or payment services go live.
You may use this website for information about iDSLab and its software portfolio. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Today this site is informational. Features such as accounts, downloads, licences, trials and payments are shown as product positioning and are not yet operational. Terms specific to those services will apply when they are actually offered, and will be presented at that time.
Product descriptions may include prototypes, pilot features and development-stage products. Availability, pricing, platform support, compatibility and delivery timelines are indicative and may change. We do not make binding promises about them unless the site already implements the corresponding purchase or delivery flow.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). When you purchase an iDSLab product, Paddle is the Merchant of Record for that order: Paddle takes the payment, charges and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues the invoice, and handles payment-related customer service and returns on our behalf. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which are presented to you at checkout.
Payment and card details are entered directly with Paddle and are not seen or stored by Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. For full traceability, the tax invoice you receive is issued by Paddle and identifies Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. as the supplier of the software. Refund handling is described in our refund policy.
Prices are shown only to signed-in customers. Product prices are not published on the public website; they are visible after you sign in to your account. The seller, Industrial Datalog Systems Kft., may also offer products at individual, negotiated prices that differ from any list price.
No disclosure of prices. Signed-in customers who can see pricing must not publish, forward or otherwise disclose those prices to non-registered users or third parties.
No resale without written consent. Products, licences and access granted by iDSLab may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred or otherwise passed on to any other party without the prior written consent of the original seller, Industrial Datalog Systems Kft.
Satisfaction refund. If you were misled by the product description, or the product does not satisfy you for a reason you can reasonably claim was not known before purchase, 70% of the price you paid is refunded — granted after an iDSLab investigation and discussion between the parties, on your provision of the relevant evidence. See our refund policy for the full process.
One device per paid licence. By default, each paid licence entitles you to install and use the program or app on one device only(for example one desktop, or one phone). The software is assigned to that device's hardware.
Free products (such as the free co-driver datalogger) are not limited to a single device and may be used on multiple devices.
Replacing a device. If you want to move a paid licence to a different device (a new desktop, phone, etc.), delete the app from the current device and download and activate it again on the new device.
Misuse and software integrity. The software must not be forwarded, copied, shared, decompiled, reverse-engineered or otherwise misused. The software and apps report inappropriate use to Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. Where such misuse is detected, iDSLab may cancel your right to use the program or app without a refund, in addition to any other remedy available under law.
Products on the site carry a release-status tag. These indicate the maturity of each product and are updated as development progresses:
Product names, software, concepts, graphics, text and interface designs on this site are owned by Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. or their respective rights holders. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from this content without permission.
Do not use the site to infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape at scale, or attempt unauthorised access to any system.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-launch phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the informational site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the site develops toward public launch. The current version is indicated by the date above. See also our privacy policy and imprint.
