This page explains how paid products, licences and refunds are intended to work for iDSLab software, operated by Industrial Datalog Systems Kft. Payments are not yet active on this site.
This is a pre-launch website. It does not currently process payments, subscriptions or licences. Any prices, trial periods or purchase buttons shown are product positioning, not an active checkout.
When paid services go live, the applicable paid services, licences, subscriptions and refunds will be governed by the final commercial terms presented to you at the point of purchase. Those terms will take precedence over the general description on this page.
Where the site mentions a trial or download, the availability and length of any trial may depend on the specific product, its release status, the platform, the licence and any pilot programme. Trial terms will be confirmed at the point they are actually offered.
We want you to buy with confidence. If you were misled by the product description, or the software does not satisfy you for a reason you can reasonably claim was not known to you before the purchase, you may request a refund of 70% of the price you paid.
The refund is granted after an iDSLab investigation and a discussion between the parties. To open a claim, you must provide iDSLab with the relevant evidence supporting the reason for your dissatisfaction. Prices may be individually agreed with the seller; the 70% is calculated on the price you actually paid.

Purchases are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle takes the payment, handles tax and issues the invoice; refunds are processed through Paddle in line with the commercial terms shown at purchase. You can request a refund via our contact page or directly through Paddle's buyer support. See also the payments section of our terms of use.
For future digital purchases, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For instant digital downloads this right can end once delivery has begun with your express consent, which you would give at checkout. The exact conditions, together with any money-back guarantee, will be stated in the commercial terms at purchase.
